A kindle library lending program has been introduced by Amazon in this year. So, thekindle users now can read e-books from the kindle library, and the e-books are available on all kindle platforms such as Blacberry, iPhone, Android, etc.
Amazon will team up with Over-Drive, a digital content provider to bring Kindle e-books to 11,000 libraries nationwide including both public and academic libraries. This kindle library lending program will reshape the concept of library and become a major part of the e-book revolution.
The kindle library provides over 190,000 titles of books that are covered in over twenty four different categories, including science, business, lifestyles, cooking, and travel. You can get also current up to date magazines, Newsweek, Sports Illustrated, etc.
The kindle library provides also instant access to major US Newspapers, Wall street Journal, Washington Post, as well as New York Times. The kindle library provides also major foreign press publications.
You can also follow well over 1000 blogs and forums, from sports to business. All are available to you on the kindle library. To borrow an e-book or a publication, you should only be the member of a local kindle library, and then you can download an e-book you need.
The kindle library will also provide more widespread access to those who may not be able to go to a traditional library, or those who have special needs that require accommodations such as audio or large print materials.
